Keys that turn out faulty from the manufacturer or vendor are covered for 90 days, and we replace the key or refund you. Natural wear and tear and human error aren't covered.

That's enough to know the job and price it. If anything turns out different at the car, I tell you and give you a revised price before I start.

Stranded now, or a spare you'd like by Thursday. Then I come to the car.
And if I can't do it, you don't pay.
If a job turns out to be outside what I can do, I don't charge a penny. I'll refer you to a locksmith or dealer who can handle it, and tell you what to ask for.
