Every one of these is quoted first.
Year, make, model, and whether you have a working key — that's enough to price most jobs on this page. You get the number on the phone before we drive. If the job turns out different from what we were told, you get a revised price before any work starts. After 7pm it's an emergency rate, quoted the same way.
