What after hours means
Our regular hours are 9am to 7pm, seven days a week. After 7pm we take emergency calls: you’re locked out, you’ve lost the only key, or a key has snapped and the car can’t stay where it is. That’s emergency service at emergency rates, quoted up front like any other job.
We come to you, check the car is yours, and do the work at the car.
If anyone is in danger, call 911 first. Then call us.
How it works
Call and tell us what happened: the year, make and model, and where the car is. We give you the quote on the phone before we dispatch. If the job turns out different from what we were told, we tell you and give you a revised price before any work starts. Outside the Santa Clarita Valley the usual travel charge applies, quoted in the same call.
After hours we can usually handle lockouts, key programming and key cutting on the spot. Advanced programming depends on the vehicle and the situation, and we can’t guarantee that every job can be completed at the car that night. When you call, we’ll tell you plainly what we can do tonight and what is better left to regular hours.
The jobs themselves are described on their own pages: car lockout, lost car key replacement and broken key extraction.
